The overall experience was excellent- staff service exemplary- food in all the restaurants was of a high quality with plenty of choice Beautiful hotel kept in excellent condition and very clean Recommend very highly

Stayed at the Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island for 16 nights and could have stayed longer. The concierge team on arrival were excellent, very polite and professional. Our bags arrived at our room at the same time we opened the door. The front desk staff were helpful in moving our room closer to the main pool as requested, just our preference of location. Food at the hotel: you can’t book à la carte restaurants until the 3rd day of your stay, which is okay if you’re on a long stay like we were, but if you’re staying only a week, you won’t get the full benefits as they are often booked out unless you want a 9pm reservation. If you have young kids, it’s not really an option to go out for dinner that late. The restaurants you can book for à la carte are really good options all around for adults, with a different mixture of choices. The only downside is they didn’t have many options for kids’ meals other than chicken nuggets and chips. It would be nice to see more options for kids. The kids’ club is excellent. The team are really helpful and very polite, and the kids always wanted to go back for more playtime. The kids’ waterpark needs a little TLC; it looked a little worn down the year before, and this year you can see it needs updating and repairs in certain areas. The wave pool was good and is in better condition than the water park. The pool staff at the main pool are always polite and really quick to deliver drinks when ordered. The lifeguards are great too. We will be BACK
