I like the comfortable environment there, room cleanliness is awesome, staffs are so friendly and helpful, very providing to all my needs. Im very satisfied with my stays, i dont have any dislike about this place. I'd definitely come again

The staff were happy, polite and eager to help.
However the photos on the listing do not match up with the actual room that they give you. I paid extra for a room of 4 even though there were only 3 of us travelling because I didn't want any of us sleeping on a rollaway bed. We were given one king size bed for 2 adults in the bedroom and a rollaway bed was squeezed in to the already cramped lounge area. We stubbed our toes frequently on the furniture legs when moving about in the livingroom.
When I complained about the small size of the apartment I was told that the hotel was fully booked and they would offer me a bigger room if one became available, which it never did. I didn't pursue the matter because I didn't want to ruin my holiday.

Staff service in front desk and in the F&b department is consistently excellent. Love how they remember me and how easy the transaction is every time i check in.
