The welcome was warm and personal. Beautiful period property, everything is of really high standard, with such attention to detail. The view from our room over the trees, from our bed and also from the comfortable chairs was amazing. Breakfast was outstanding. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.
This B&B was so beautiful. The room was extremely spacious and very clean. Rebecca, our host, was super helpful with guidance on places to visit and have dinner, and the breakfasts she cooked were fantastic. We wished we could stay longer.
what an amazing place and great value for money spectacular hostessing from Rebecca and her son Angus nothing was too much trouble and the views were amazing would score 20./10 if i could.
thankyou for making us so welcome looking forward to returning soon
We liked everything. The environment, the host, the ambience of the house, room and bathroom, the breakfast room and the breakfast presentation and quality.
All were of the highest standard.
Beautiful period Victorian House in idyllic scenery, attention to detail second to non & the most amazing breakfast.
Wonderful hosts who are only too happy to help.
Would definitely recommend.
Attention to detail by Rebecca and her mom was second to none. Great food, beautifully kept/restored Victorian home, canopy bed, exquisite furnishings, sitting room with fireplace, views of the highlands, huge bathroom with clawfoot tub and shower, access to butler's kitchen and many treats, laundry service, bagpiper playing among the heather. Wish we could stay longer. 5 stars at least.
We cannot praise this B&B highly enough.
We were warmly greeted by Moira on arrival and shown to our suite. The suite far exceeded our expectations and we were amazed by our accommodation.
We were then taken down to “the pantry” and invited to help ourselves to tea, coffee, cakes, biscuits, wines and beers to enjoy in the comfort of our suite’s cosy sitting room.
Before retiring to our four poster bed, I had a long, relaxing soak in the rolltop bath, bliss!
Breakfast next morning was served by Rebecca and it was just perfect. There was plenty choice and everything was beautifully cooked and presented. Rebecca even brought through my breakfast with a candle in my tomato to celebrate my 60th which was a lovely touch.
Our only complaint was that we didn’t spend enough time there. We will definitely be back!
From the moment we arrived we were made to feel at home. The mother and daughter team were so friendly. Guests have use of a pantry with tea or coffee making and biscuits etc. The full breakfast was excellent. The view from the room was stunning (the good weather helped). There was also plenty wildlife, with red sqirrels, woodpeckers and pheasants.as well as smaller birds
