Spend the extra cash and stay elsewhere. The beds are very uncomfortable. I suspect a straw filled sack would have been more comfortable. The bath tub was severely cracked, repaired, painted and cracked, and repaired barely. The bathroom door was falling off the hinges. The room was frigid. The walls could compare to cardboard. You can hear everything, people walking, talking, traffic etc. The good things, were hot water, didn't get bugs and staff were helpful.

I did not stay at red roof inn. They put someone else in our room which was handicap accessible and did not have anything else that worked for us. They did not let me know until I arrived to check in, which left me scrambling for a place to stay. I ended up at Fairfield Marriott which was delightful.

Sorry, sir we have a limited handicap room which were occupied. We did over a first floor to accommodate you. We try reaching out, but there is no way to reach out to you, sir since you came through a third-party.
