The staff here avoided air fresheners at my request, and avoided putting the radiator on. The room was still warm in November. It’s in a lovely rural setting. I would love to stay for pleasure next time.

The staff!!!! Absolutely amazing. The bar manager and all the staff were so welcoming and personable! What an amazing stay. Also, beds soooo comfortable!!! We will stay here any time!!!!!

They advertise air conditioning. There was none. It was ridiculously hot in a third floor room.

Good place to stay

I chose the property for being 30 mins from Blenheim Palace - the reason for my visit. I liked that there was a free car park. Check-in was quick and staff were pleasant and gave me all key info I needed - breakfast, booked a table for dinner, emergency phone number.
My room was clean and tidy, but was very hot opening or closing the window didn't make any difference. I only stayed one night, but there was plenty of hanging space for clothes.
Dinner was ok reasonable choice of pub food menu. All 3 of us enjoyed our meals.
