Excellent stay. Convenietly located near the Community College and Cultural Center. Good dining options nearby.Friendly staff. Seamless check-in. Overall, a wonderful experience and I give this property and management the highest marks. Thank you.

The room was clean and comfortable, but the heater put off a nasty burning smell. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was rather disappointing no protein (aside from yogurt). The rest was all carbs (waffles, biscuits, toast and cereal).

I do apologize for breakfast. Our breakfast used to be wonderful, however, the brand changed it, and we must follow their guidelines.

The free breakfast was very limited and there was no staff present to maintain the area and refill items. Also the property could use a light renovation. For example all the carpeting throughout the hotel needs to be replaced and possibly new lighting to make it more attractive.

We do appreciate your honesty. Fortunately, the hotel will undertake a full renovation when we transition to a Spark by Hilton. As far as breakfast, the brand dictates what we are permitted to serve.
