The shower didn’t work and I walked up on the assistant manager talking to the laundry personnel discussing what to tell me. We were provided with a full refund. The assistant manager would not provide us with the corporate number although I found it online.

I'm sorry to hear that your stay had to be cut short due to a plumbing pressure issue that unfortunately couldn't be fixed that same day. We are an independently owned and operated hotel and stay issues were resolved by the manager on duty. A full refund was provided to you and the third party provider that you had booked through was made aware that you wouldn't be billed for your stay at all. We understand that you had concerns of other guest stays but thankfully no other issues were reported.-Management

Enjoyed our one night stay. Buffet breakfast was just fine. Had problems with room key cards. Kept them away from my cell phone and they still had to be replaced.

the first day no water on the shawer second day mi id card to enter my room dose not work its clean and safe

Conveniently located. Floors were dirty. Room carpet was filthy. Night clerk announced my room number to the entire floor When handing me my key. Hotel was only 1/4 full and they gave me a ground floor handicapped accessible room, which I did not request which means all the amenities were inconveniently located at 2 feet off the ground and the shower water got everywhere.

What a great place to stay. This is our 2nd time at this hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. Had a good night sleep. It was nice and cool, very peaceful and quiet. The morning breakfast was really good. We will definitely be going back there for a 3rd stay!

Clean, nice breakfast, facilities were in working order, they emptied waste cans and replenished towels without having to be asked (so many facilities don't until day 3), over all nice place and will use again when in Abilene

Very nice hotel. No one at check in but called the posted number and clerk came relatively soon. No ironing board in the room discovered just before we left. Breakfast was ok and the woman working was really good at keeping things filled and fresh. Very good price!
