Sir, we sincerely apologise for your experience. The room should have never been in operation because under renovation. We have failed you in a zèle to help due to no other availability. We have taken internal measures for this mistake never to happen again. Thank you and do not hesitate to have a night on us to show you the real side of our rooms and hospitality.
