Poor security - allowed a man to dragged into hotel foyer and beaten in front of guest having dinner, leaving blood all over the floor. Wi-Fi does not work in the rooms, internet in general extremely slow. Staff are more concerned chatting to each other and on their mobile phones than serving guests

do not rely on pictures online

The pictures do not reflect reality on the ground. room had a foul odor. no bellman to carry luggage upstairs. spraying room with disinfectant spray did not help with odor so ended up switching hotels

Satisfactory stay at IBIS PLATEAU ABIDJAN

There was nothing unpleasant about my stay; Internet worked reasonably well, breakfast was fabulous and dinner was alright too.I loved the facts that there is plenty of fruits and vegetables served all meals! The lift has a permanent fault where it stop automatically going down on the first floor ALL the time. This little annoyance ought to be repaired.

Convenient for Plateau area work and meetings

If you have work or meetings in Plateau then this hotel is convenient for the value. I was disappointed with the quality and the selection of the buffet breakfast compared to 2 years ago (prior to Covid19). The buffet was poor overall.

Breakfast was disappointing from two years ago. The overall quality and selection were poor. The dinners as well was poor quality and limited selection.
