Caril the host was really nice friendly and helpful and cooked a fabulous breakfast. The property was stunning way more than an average BnB It is a little out of town so need transport as it's too far too walk even to the local pub but wasn't a problem for us.

This fantastic B&B looks like a mansion, its interior is beautifully decorated and the rooms have a standard high above most B&Bs. Beds and bedsheet, bathrooms, breakfast – they are all characterized by great taste and the hostess is very sympathetic and service minded. During our travel around in England, Scotland and Wales for three weeks in September 2019 we stayed at 13 different B&Bs and hotels – Plas Y Dderwen was definitely the best B&B of them all.
