Perfect getaway

As it is the only chalet on the property you get complete privacy and your own field for activities with a lovely pond to walk around too. The lack of wifi is actually amazing and feels like a real getaway. The hot tub and firepit kept us entertained all evening anyway! We will definitely be back and will recommend to friends and family as this place is well worth the money. Thank you so much Darren for showing us around and being so welcoming!

Gorgeous pod to stay in!
Posted 9 Oct 2023 on HotelsA lovely pod next to the owner's farm house in a lovely quiet spot with a lovely private lake to walk around, hot tub to spend the night in, views of the hills from the deck in the day time, good parking space, Oven, hobs, microwave, toaster, and everything else you could need in the kitchen. Strong little heater and towel rack kept the pod plenty warm. Strong shower but it needs a bit more sealant around the bottom of the glass pane as it was leaking a bit near the sink. Lovely host who gave us some Bara Brith cake upon arrival and was super helpful in explaining everything and anything we would want to know. Very quiet and secluded. Good price and have recommended it to many friend and family already!

absolutely gorgeous property with lovely little lake, very friendly hosts with adorable cats that were also very friendly and curious. perfect little cabin for a few days away, will definitely be staying again, gorgeous space to relax

Pod was clean & generally ok but the bed was quite uncomfortable. The real problem for us was that there was no mobile phone coverage & no internet. Whilst others may have appreciated the peace, we needed to keep in touch with family which was very difficult.

Property is advertised as no Wi-Fi. Log in to our house Wi-Fi was offered. Shame review concentrates on feature not advertised! We can accept the bed comments as it is probably down to personal preference as we have only received one other negative comment about the bed.Thanks,Darren and Sue

Amazing getaway
