We booked the room same day and didn’t get there until late Saturday afternoon . The owner was able to get us a dinner reservation for that night. The room was very nice and breakfast was outstanding. We highly recommend a stay here.

Beautiful country house with giant comfortable bed and suite. Breakfast was delicious, and the hosts were very helpful with information on local trip routes.

The only parking on the trip that was not a pain, you would think an Volvo XC was a tank in the rest of Scotland. A little off the beaten path which we were looking for. Quiet, beautiful grounds, had a chat with the gardener and it showed that he loved his work. Not for the crowd that needs all the bells and whistles. Just a beautiful country home.

Short break during the Speyside Whisky Festival
Posted 13 May 2024 on HotelsHost Colin made us feel welcome straight away and was very knowledgeable about the surrounding area. Guest rooms have everything you'd need for a short break, The rate included a lovely freshly cooked breakfast with plenty of choices and a homemade granola and berry compote to start with, fresh pots of coffee and toast. The House is a short 15-minute drive to a number of small towns nearby with pubs and restaurants.

Lovely old house on spacious grounds. Plenty of room for parking, nice lounge area, breakfast was delicious and great hosts.

Off the beaten path, wonderful old manor house walking distance to Cardhu distillery. Wonderful husband and wife staff provide excellent, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable support for your visit. Breakfast is wonderful and gets the day started right.
