Overall a nice stay but hotel dated in some areas. Our room was comfortable but the bathroom in need of uplift. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Bar and restaurant staff not as attentive.
Breakfast was average. Pretty poor continental selection and the sausages poor quality.

I love this hotel and try to stay here when I am in Aberdeen. The room was spacious and luxurious. The beds and pillows are comfortable, and the bedroom is dark and cool. The dining room and bar are great places to meet people and to work. The food is very good as well!

I had a room opposite the bar restaurant where a party went on until 1am. I was repeatedly told incorrect information about when the party was going to stop and I complained!!! I am still waiting for the hotel to contact me. Terrible customer service
