Roaches. Found one when I walked in the door. Another was crushed between a picture and its frame glass. Gross.

The gfi outlet broken, the microwave was very old and decrepit, a cigarette butt in the bathroom, the faucett went round and round and the soap in the shower was shoulder location.

The smell of cigarettes inside and outside of the room was unbearable. My son and I were very disappointed.
