This is a perfectly nice and average motel. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean but it could use some updating. Perfect for a one night stay on the way to Olympic National Park.

TERRIBLE customer service. Booked the room through Expedia, got to the hotel & nobody was there to check me in. I’ll be expecting a refund

Room was good, only issue was that their ice machine was broken; there was an ice bucket in the room, it would have been nice if they had put a note that there was no ice available. Also, the office wasn’t staffed during the posted hours.

Hello Leanne, we are sorry about any inconveniences that the ice machine may have caused, yes our machine is down because of the cold weather, we do not won't the pipes to freeze, and yes sometimes our office isn't staffed do to the simple fact that our staff do have days off. We apologize if you were here when the office was unstaffed, also keep in mind our staff only work 8 hour shifts. Thank you and have a wonderful day!
