Poor customer service at front desk

The room,bed and the shower was really nice

This property needs new management. I was extremely disappointed from the booking price that changed online from the time I selected it in Expedia to the purchase price from $108 to $159, then asked for the folio rate and the rate was $135. They do not do daily housekeeping and when we asked for house keeping, they said they would see if they could fit us in. Which means our bed did not get made, no clean towels, wash clothes, hand towels. Lastly, breakfast was rationed at best. Both days of our stay resulted in us going out to have breakfast as it was very picked over or gone by 8:00 am. Breakfast was to be served for another hour and there appeared to be no refills or customer service in site. Very very disappointed and will go back to MyPlace (a great hotel just down the way).

When you book with a third party, like Expedia, they do keep a percentage of what you pay so the folio you get from the hotel only reflects what we receive of that. Please reach out to Expedia if you did not receive a receipt for the full amount. The policy of an every other day refresh is a Marriott policy, not exclusive to our hotel. With that said, I apologize if you asked for service and did not receive it. I was not aware and we do welcome guest requests - regardless of policy. There's no excuse, if you felt breakfast was lacking, and I appreciate you bringing this to our attention so that we may address it with our breakfast attendants. Again, I'm sorry for any confusion and, also, that you felt service was lacking. We will take your feedback as an opportunity to improve. Than you, again, Nichole.
