Stopped here for a quick overnight sleep on a road trip. Was in a safe area, close to food and shopping. The lobby was nice and decorated very nicely. The room was nothing fancy but was very clean. Beds and pillows are comfortable as well.

Even though the property was beautiful, I was very disappointed and ended up believing two days early because of a security deposit that was required that was not mentioned at the time of booking at the time of check-in and the employee kept telling me to do it in cash, which is clearly posted on this site for the hotel that Cash is not an option and it just made me extremely uncomfortable And the best solution was to leave the property

1. The AC/heater was very noisy. I got another room the next night. AC/heater was a tad more quiet but still loud. 2. The facility seemed very dated. Old couch with stains on it. The desk chair kept sagging down (the hydraulic lift won't stay up on its own).

I wish women were on staff. I don’t like the location of the hotel. It’s a little away from the main strip. The room location was too far from the front desk and did not feel safe.

The property is dated, the doors in the halls close loudly, and the heater is loud which never shut off.
