Staff friendly, room clean, but somewhat dated - Kitchenette stove, none of the burners level, at at weird angles and could not be corrected - ancient stove

We booked a room with 2 Queen beds. We got 1 Queen and 1 Single. The handles on the furniture were missing. The supplied silverware consisted of 6 table knives. No fork. No spoons. Only one set of clean towels was delivered by room service one day. There were two guests. Left an empty box of Kleenex on the counter. Room service didn't even notice. The floor was covered with grit and other dirt. But, front desk staff were pleasant.
