The apartment was exactly what we needed. A great location, clean and really easy check in. The parking was great and the breakfast supplies a lovely bonus. Highly recommend.

DO NOT BOOK THIS!
Posted 28 Jun 2024 on HotelsDO NOT BOOK THIS! Unfit for purpose. The accommodation is very very dirty.....my feet stuck to the living floor, the oven looked as if it had not been cleaned for months. The windows where cover in seagull mess, and it was even on the wall of the inside of the living room. Kitchen cupboards where extremely dirty inside would not cook with any of the pots/pans. Could not stay had to come home, very disappointed, ruined my theatre weekend away. I emailed the owners on the very day i had to leave and throughout the week with no response, very unprofessionally.

Dear Shirley,Thank you for taking the time to review our apartments. I’m sorry that your apartment didn’t meet your expectations. I’m disappointed that you didn’t contact us when at the apartment so that we could put things in order or indeed provide you with another apartment. It is unusual for guests to arrive and leave without bringing any apartment issues to our attention. Could you kindly send us any photos of how you found the apartment so I can share them with our property manager as all appeared in good order on his final inspection. My apologies for the mess of the windows, seagull messing is a problem in Aberdeen, as a result we currently have all windows professionally cleaned on a weekly basis. The whole experience from booking right through to the stay was first class. We had already stayed at the Bloomfield Apartments but we felt the Charlotte Street apartments was more central and suited our needs.

I have stayed there twice in 2 different apartments. Location is excellent for working around the city and a great base for round about. The parking is great.
