Asked if we were in a quiet room when we checked in and was assured we were but were right beside the electrical room. Got in the room looked out the window and a homeless guy was walking behind the window. Floor was not washed was sticky beside the bed. The wall unit heater made clunky noises every 2 hours which would wake us up. Was loud up til midnight above us and in the hall way. They have vinal planking on the floors which makes any noise worse.

Clean, great staff, close to a number of good restaurants that were in easy walking distance. Breakfast was continental but very good.
