"This hotel was probably very elegant years ago but the age is showing and repairs in the rooms and common areas are needed. The air conditioning was pretty weak and our room temperature went down but never got cool. The shower is quite small and bathroom tiles needs regrouping. The front desk staff were indifferent and not very welcoming. The spa and pools were nice but could be cleaner - there were some stains on the chaise cushions and the loungers. Breakfast was ok but not great for Italian...
