Incredible location. 5 minute walk to metro, 5 minutes to Guggenheim. With the location I was able to travel to Guernica, the coast and all over town through metro and trains. The entrance from the street requires a code to unlock a gate - it is always closed at night but I found sometimes during the day it was closed.
