Could not check in. No door code provided. Had to book a room at a different hotel.

Hello Anna, I'm sorry to hear that you couldnt check in. I wish you wouldve called us so we had a chance to help you. Were always available on our emergency hotline outside reception opening hours. Moreover, we send out an SMS on the day of arrival with important check in information and codes. Great location, the accomodation is very well looked after, clean and everything you need in the rooms. Location easy walk to shops, parks, restaurants. Staff are wonderful and so friendly and helpful.

Great stay at the hotel. They even received a delivery for me ahead of my arrival and had it left in my room. Easy access to congress centre, great wifi all boxes ticked.

Posted 7 Sep 2023 on HotelsVery clean hotel in a quiet area. 10 mins walk from train station and city centre. A supermarket is only 5 mins walk. Spacious apartment with all cooking amenities - cook top, microwave and fridge. Would stay here again. Advise for future guest, use the escalator in the Congress Centre next to Radisson Blu to get up and down instead of the stairs.

Quality for a low price. This place is really hard to find when going on foot (with/out Google Maps). Make sure you plot out your arrival fully in advance!

Reception closed at 8pm. Didn’t receive door code to be able to enter for auto check in. But emergency staff was very helpful.
