"We stayed for 3 nights in December, the breakfast was good and never busy, staff checking us in wet friendly and polite and spoke multiple languages. The areas itself is ok, it's near a tram stop into the centre of Basel and within close enough proximity to local amenities such as the Co-op to stock up on some essentials for cooking. The apartment was a good size with hob, microwave and fridge / freezer included which was handy. A bit disappointed with the pool area, it could use a refresh to...

"We spent New Year’s in Basel and was hoping for something a little more quaint, but the hotel was clean, quiet, and convenient to a variety of restaurants and local transportation. We are INCREDIBLY grateful to the gentleman who checked us in as he let us know that the garage we had originally parked our rental car would be locked through the New Year’s holiday which would have greatly impacted our plans the next day!
