Excellent getaway

Everything was perfect even before the arrival. I have contacted the hotel one day before for few questions and I was surprised that there was no reservation in my name. They did not receive the reservation confirmation nor the booking receipt from hotels.com!!! however, they granted us an upgrade to compensate without extra charge. The outdoors were breathtaking, the room spacious and very clean and all the hotel's amenities were perfectly satisfying for a getaway.
