Super Staff!

Air conditioning in the rooms was not working properly when we were there and it was hot. Lobby is a wonderful place to hang out and read, have a coffee, etc.
Staff provided us a fan and partial refund.

Air conditioner was broken and they gave us a fan. it was really hot and apart from that i have no complaints it was a good stay.

Posted 23 Jun 2024 on HotelsNo hot/warm drinking water, no cups in the room. We need to ask for hot/warm water from receptionist. We cannot borrow a water boiler either.
Only one set of towels for 2 travellers.
