2 nights for a business trip. Decent room. Very good breakfast. Was not impressed by the restaurant and there are several other options for eating out in Duren.

Nice new and modern hotel. Trash bin wasn’t emptied when we got into the room so it has trash from the previous guests. Beds were quite soft for my taste. Air conditioning doesn’t work when it’s less than 20 degrees outside even while it was 27 degrees inside the room. Breakfast was good.

Receptionist guy was very helpful with check in and with all our queries late night. We had a great breakfast and I must mention the waiter from Madrid was very kind. The only negative thing is the expensive car park.

I dont know whether the breakfast was included, but the receptionist told me it was not upon checkin, but someone else told me it was included upon checkout.....Would like to have clear information. Also I think I did not get a invoice for the dinner that I had......hm......I dont want to go back to the hotel to make a payment. What should I do? I am getting a 20% discount since I am a gold member, but where is a receipt?

Zimmer sehr sauber, modern, großzügig geschnitten. Einteilung des "Bades" ist super. Toilette, Dusche mit jeweils getrennten Türen, Waschbecken mit SIchtschutz seperat im Zimmer. Das ist effizient 1 Person kann in Ruhe duschen, während die andere z.B. ungestört die Toilette benutzen kann. Alles seperat, alles makellos sauber. Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig. Gerne wieder.

Service hervorragend, nettes Personal. Zimmer sehr gut. Wohl dieses Mal hat die Putzfrau nicht alle Mülheimer geleert. Umgebung nicht besonders, keine Parkplätze in der Nähe, das Parkhaus ist klein und schwierig zu wenden aber preislich sehr übertrieben für Düren. Doch es ist und bleibt mein Favorit Hotel in Düren
