Communication was smooth and easy via WhatsApp. There’s a small kitchenette that is perfect if you get tired of dining out at Port’s 10,000 restaurants. Walkable to so many attractions. "Liliana and Joana were both so nice and accommodating during our stay. They made sure that we were comfortable in our rooms, had suggestions for restaurants and places to see, and made sure we had fresh towels and linens. Our apartment was extremely clean and quiet, and access was easy and convenient. This space was central to a lot of sites in Porto and was very walkable, as there are 3 restaurants outside right when you walk out the door."

"Excellent service with attention to details on amenities and all. This was a great choice for our family of 4. We had ample space to spread out in a 1 bedroom apartment with a balcony. Kitchenette was a great option for when the kids didn't want to go out, or even if it's just for the large sized fridge for cold drinks, fruits and ice cream. This property is a bit away from the touristy Ribeiera and hotspots, so it's quieter if you want. However, it is still conveniently located for walking there within 15-30 minutes depending on where you want to go. Metro and Uber are great options too close by when kids are tired. As far as eating/cooking are concerned, there are a few nice, super friendly neighborhood coffee shops/eateries and one produce market (note: no meat) within one to a few blocks of the property which is convenient for basic needs if you don't want to venture out too far. All in all, we were super happy with our stay and would come again!"

Great stay.

"The hotel is an amazing oasis of tranquility in the heart of Porto. A small quiet 5star boutique style hotel. A fantastic stay except breakfast was underwhelming and staff not at all attentive which was a bit disappointing considering everything else was superb. Trays weren't cleaned off yet staff standing around. No explanation hot freshly cooked options were available. My sister who is celiac was treated like a leper... I did push for a cooked breakfast and was met with a very accomplished eggs Benedict. My sister had an incredible omelette and mom had poached eggs. No refill of coffee offered and while food was lovely staff walked around like zombies. Sorry guys, you work in hospitality and there are plenty of staff! "

"The property was very clean,tidy and quiet, the staff were really amazingly helpful & friendly, soeaks English too. Breakfast was good, the guest had a lot of choice to choose from cereal to fruits and continental. It is accessible to major tranaport like buses, metro.taxi or uber. Bar is ooen at certain time at night where you can relax after a long day of sight seeing. I though having the concept of "forget itt" was very thoughtful and personal touch..it means If you forget a toothbrush, toothpaste or a disposable shaver just the reception they will provide you with one. Overall I could highly recommend this properry to anyone even for a ahort or longer visit "
