Not a property with minimum hospitality
Posted 7 Jun 2024 on HotelsDue to my health issue, I had to change my schedule to A Coruna and asked the hotel to change the booking to next day. I am aware of the fact that it was a non refundable booking but hotel can make exception as I was not canceling and also I am a platinum member. This hotel did the same during COVIT period when there was a travel restriction although the hotel in Madrid refunded without any problem. Hotel Riazor is a very non cooperative property even when I stayed few times. Even there is no attendant in the breakfast room and staff are not friendly. I will never choose this hotel in future

Mediocre hotel but attractive price and location
Posted 12 Feb 2024 on HotelsLocation was great and a wonderful view of the bay. For a 4 star hotel, I found the staff indifferent and aloof. The breakfast had good variety but the food was cold both days, scrambled eggs & bacon should be hot … a lack of attention to detail and perhaps a misunderstanding of expectations.

Posted 3 Nov 2023 on HotelsGreat stay. Lovely room just found it weird to only have three pillows and not four so we could have two each. We also found the pillows uncomfortable, but the bed was great and really comfy. Amazing breakfast choice and great friendly staff. Will absolutely stay again
