Location was excellenct, central to everything. The staff was very kind and attentive, made my kids happy. We got the family room, it was very clean and spacious.

Hotel is dated and pricey. Convenient for shopping and dining.
Dislike -
1. Hairdryer was not working well even after a change
2. Mini Fridge was also changed once
3. Safe could not unlock with my important things inside and require the Technician to unlock.
4. Had to keep calling Reception to have things delivered, towels water etc
Overall its still ok but if they could improve, the stay will definitely be more pleasant.

This hotel was excellent. The rooms were spacious, the location was perfect, staff was great, it was extremely clean. My only negative comment is that the shampoo and conditioner weren’t great, but luckily I brought my own as a back-up. I would absolutely go back!

Great hotel in Paris! Literally on the shops. Hotel staff were very friendly. Rooms are clean and spacious. We enjoyed our time here.

Room had outlets falling out of the wall, calcium on the shower tile from the leaking, several outlets didn't work, hair dryer cord cover coming out, paint peeling in bathroom, chain lock on door bent, terrace floor tiles loose, terrace smaller than the closet, the view from the terrace was a moldy building not Paris. Definitely not worth the money we spent on this hotel. Room was not ready at check in. Breakfast expensive for a self serve breakfast bar. Not a hotel I would recommend to anyone.

Kind staff, location of the hotel was perfect and close to everything, cleaning staff came early in the morning so our room was always clean.

Service is to slow it took hours to come and clean the room i had to call 3 times . i start at 1400 and till 2000 they didn't come
it seams that it is a old management.
