Overall this is a 2/3-star property that somehow achieved France's 5-star rating. Between the MOSQUITOS and EXCESSIVE HUMIDITY, its hard to pick a worse problem of the hotel. Also, the staff walking into our room WITHOUT KNOCKING while we were sleeping was very angering.
- Friends' room had MOSQUITOS.
- Windows were POOLING with water because the ventilation from the bathroom was NON-EXISTENT.
- Staff entered room WITHOUT KNOCKING while we were sleeping and indecent.
- King room was two twin beds covered with a thin (not even fitted) sheet.
- MULTIPLE requests for refills of coffee and water went unfulfilled.
- MULTIPLE requests to address the humidity went unresolved.
It was a LOVELY property, and beside the staff not doing what they said they would do (like refill supplies, or come up to the room to examine the humidity), the staff was friendly.
However, this felt like I was staying a nicely decorated motel 6. For the price, I would stay absolutely anywhere else.

Hotel including staff and service was exquisite. It is located just walking distance from the Eiffel Tower in a safe location of Paris. Would highly recommend and will be staying here again the next time we visit Paris.

Great place to stay, and in my opinion, one of the best locations to stay in Paris. The hotel is close to the main attractions, has a great breakfast. The rooms are max of 2 people), but they are big!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptional, they went above and beyond in every aspect of their service. Also, the location is great, walkable to great restaurants and sights.
