Quiet and friendly customer service. Close to museums and other attractions. AC is controlled by front dest. I had to call front desk to ask AC to be turned on at what degree and turned off.

Great experience. I love the staff, location, room, just everything about the lovely place. I will definitely be there to stay again!

Very roomy and clean. Really nice staff. Breakfast was the only disappointment. Would like to have more available.

Lovely property in a brilliant location. Very friendly front desk staff who were welcoming. Hotel room had everything I needed.

The hotel is in a convenient, central, and quiet part of the city, with many sites within walking distance and plenty of small restaurants close by. It's perfect for a solo traveler like me who didn't need or want a massive hotel with lots of amenities. The staff was extremely friendly, and it had a BNB vibe. Small negatives - this is a very small hotel with tight quarters in places, like hallways, elevator, and the shower. I didn't mind at all, as my room was beautiful and I loved the location, but it might not be everyone's cup of tea.
