Adam in the front desk was great! He helped
us so much, wish there was more front desk agents like him! cute small room but very clean, will recommend if i come to Paris again!!

This hotel was in a great location, small rooms but were clean. The price is reasonable. We enjoy our stay.

Dear Kathleen,We are truly sorry that your stay did not meet our expectations. We are truly sorry that we only had a room on the fourth floor and that we could only offer you a room on the third floor the next day. We try our best to offer our guests a room on the first floor if requested, but this is always subject to availability. We also send out a questionnaire before the stay to ask whether or not a room on the lower floor is desired. We apologise again. Our VIP offer only includes a reduction on the first breakfast. We always try to provide an early check-in if this is possible. We thank you for your understanding. We still hope you can give us another chance. Kind regards from the entire team

Love this hotel- very convenient to evrything. Our room is always clean.the front desk are friendly & helpful. Love evrything in this hotel.

I liked how it was conveniently located to many attractions. It was clean and comfortable but had a "dorm" feeling that I didn't expect. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The proximity to tourist attractions was the main reason for my choice. There was a lovely restaurant nearby and we needed shops. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

It is a small, clean, affordable and cosy hotel. If you reduce your expectations when visiting hotel amelie then you will have great time. Dont forget this is a very small but clean hotel that has 2 stars. You wont have 5 star room experience here. We were only here to sleep for the night. Staff is super friendly, they helped us with our baby. Paris is amazing and you will be spending alot of time exploring the city. Rooms have water, drinks and coffee machine. Bathrooms are clean. If you want affordable stay for few nights this is it. Hotel is only 16 minute walk from Eiffel tower.
