"Staff are well-trained and ready to accommodate guests' needs, and the amenities provided are very decent. The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation options. "I liked the breakfast and pool at this property. The neighborhood unfortunately has alot of homeless people on the streets and garbage but is good if you love music as the Lapa area has many music bars and restaurants. The staff is nice but they do not have too much knowledge about recommendations for swimable beaches and family activities."
