"What a hotel, right from the first arrival and welcome, through to departure, the staff were extremely helpful, polite, friendly, couldn't ask for more. "We only had one issue with the air conditioning in the room, which Francoise dealt with by finding us another room (thanks again) and was followed up with a courtesy call from Guest services.
