They provide clean bedding, towels and offer laundry and breakfast. The location is awesome as it is near Reina Sofia art museum and other great places to eat and shop. "THIS IS MY FIRST TIME AT A HOSTEL. I had a lovely 10 nights. The room is decent and for the price you can’t beat it. Make sure to ask in advance for a room with a balcony, they are for the most part first come first serve. Thank you to the host for letting me relax in the lobby area while I waited for my room. "I enjoyed my stay at Crosstown ByPillow. The location was very good for South of the centre of madrid food and drink, but also only less than 5 mins to a metro stop which has line 1 which goes up through centro. I was initially given a room where the toilet flush wasn't working. After a failed attempt at fixing I was found a new room. Service at the front desk was always very friendly and helpful of all the people I encountered."
