"Location was fantastic but be prepared to walk up lots of stairs. Old city centre totally walkable but this always means parking is a few blocks away. Breakfast included plus discount if you eat any other meals there. Suite itself good, but unfortunately smelly bathroom drains that may be due simply to an old building that the host may have no control over. Keep the door closed so the sleeping area doesn’t pick up the smell. Overall good but if you’re picky go elsewhere. Host was great."

"We loved our stay here. The location is stunning and plenty of parking. Our room was spacious, spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety and tasty food and drinks. The staff were all super friendly and were made to feel very welcome. We would highly recommend this hotel."

"This property is absolutely beautiful! The pictures looked good but in reality it is even better!! The hosts have gone so much further than what you would expect. The property is appointed so well and you can tell they have a deep desire to please their guests. The kitchen is fully equipped to use, linens were plentiful, bedding was very comfortable and it is just as pleasant as can be. The location is fantastic for walking just about everywhere; plenty of shops, restaurants and fun places...

"Dino and Slaven were extremely helpful and friendly. I unfortunately stumbled and rolled my ankle on my first day in Zadar. It was a very bad sprain and I was unable to walk. They went out of their way to help.. even providing me with a set of crutches! The place was immaculate and clean and full of amenities for cooking (which I had to do because my injury prevented me from going out to eat).
