The only regret was the air conditioning quit working on our last night so it was a pretty sweaty sleep. Things happen, I can't hold it against them. "

If you want to actually experience Zaragoza, this might not be the hotel for you. It's a €10-€12 cab ride into the historic part of town. The hotel bar is decent and has fair prices. The restaurant and breakfast buffet are really expensive, and there aren't a whole lot of restaurant options in walking distance. The area itself is sort of a ghost town left over...

"This hotel is located far from attractions, located in an industrial area with lot of trucking loading area, not worth the money, definitely not 4 stars hotel! The temperature was not able to be regulated, either too hot or too cold. The breakfast was ok, but the dinner was good food, except the parking garage door was hidden in area that can’t find to open or exit with room key."

"Great staff at reception desk. Parking was a bit complicated but not too bad. The main complaint was having a room with a shower in the bathroom but not curtain. Water went everywhere and we used too many towels to suck up the water from the floor. i've never seen a shower with not curtain or glass barrier before."
