"The lobby was really great, and there is a restaurant inside the hotel that is very nice and had delicious food. However, the rooms were very outdated, even though it looked clean the carpet had some stains. Overall, the hotel is in a great location and it was easy to walk around the downtown area. "

"I had an amazing time at Ensana Thermal Hévíz. The hotel is only a short walk from the lake and right next to a lovely park/forest. I had a room overlooking the park and the lake which was nice. The hotel has great facilities, and a large selection of both wellness and medical spa treatments. Staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. "Our stay in the hotel was very pleasant, reception staff polite, ready to help. Room clean but not everyday service. Excellent food. really excellent. Nice spa. The problem in the room was not tightly fitted door, that is why there was noise and cold by wind and rain. The room was changed."

"We stayed in apartment 209 nd the 2 radiators in the room were not working, only the radiator in the bathroom worked. Nevertheless, the air-conditioning supplemented the need, as it was quite cold outside. The microwave was ok, we found plates and basig cooking tools, but the fridge was so noisy that i had to unplug it to be ale to sleep. The sauna was all right, little not hot enough, but i have not attempted to change the temperature because it was fine. The swimming pool doesn't have warm...

Lovely hotel for a relaxing spa holiday

"I had an amazing time at Ensana Thermal Hévíz. The hotel is only a short walk from the lake and right next to a lovely park/forest. I had a room overlooking the park and the lake which was nice. The hotel has great facilities, and a large selection of both wellness and medical spa treatments. Staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The food was nice and they had some vegetarian options and lighter/healthier meals too. The hotel also offers exercise classes during the day and social events most evenings. The only thing thing i didn't like was when they decided to drill holes into the ceiling in the spa area while it was still open and guests were still in the pools. I felt it could have been done outside of spa opening hours instead as it created a lot of noise and guests had to walk through debris falling from the ceiling. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and i will definitely be back."
