"Location is great, price is great. Hotel is dated but we spent most of the day outside anyway. Breakfast has some average choices, good enough to start your day. Karlovy Vary is small so it is walking distance to all turist spots (Thermal pool, Becherovka, Vřídlo….. ) It is about 40 mins walk from KV train station. I stayed in this hotel 4 times and will stay there again"

"Way up a hill far away from the main areas. Mostly Russian guests, with service catering to them and little English spoken. Check in took forever and check out is at 10 am, unforgivable. Breakfast was nasty but the cafe server was very hospitable and housekeeping was fine. "

"Good location for being in the middle of the main street. Breakfast was nice. Hotel was clean and smelled fresh when walking into my room. It is East Europe and the rooms are antiquated in that power outlets are not many. Only stayed for one night so I didn’t get to see the spa but from the looks of the area and brochures on treatments, would seem to be nice. "
