"Affordable but great quality "

"I’m afraid that the customer service could not make up for the sub par experience. The roof started leaking and the bathroom flooded for two out of my three night stay. It was quite gross to have dirty water drip on me and my possessions. My dress was soaking wet as a result and there was no offer to remedy this. Nothing was done except to send a cleaner in to mop the floor. I was played around and given funny excuses by the female receptionists. The hotel also had an issue with my booking when...

"Very accommodating hotel. They have 24 hours lights and water, cable tv, nice gym and pool. They also have full kitchen with stove, gas, pots, pans, and dining utensils. Very convenient."

"This boutique hotel has a limited number of rooms and is perfectly situated in Central VI. The rooms vary from basic to executive—I had the chance to stay in both. I’d recommend the executive room for its superior amenities and facilities. During my four-day stay, the staff were consistently friendly and eager to assist.
