"The hotel was lovely in every way. The staff was so accommodating, so informative and truly took care of our needs. Unfortunately I am upset with the parkade security. We paid $25 to park in the parkade which ended in our car getting broken into. Although the hotel isn’t liable for the stolen items I still wish there was more security put in place with the money I paid. "Valet parking was awesome for only a few dollars more per day, especially with cold winter weather. Saltwater pool was awesome! Excellent service. Needs some surface maintenance but overall very good. Also great location: close to The Forks and Exchange district."
