"We had a warm welcome. Our room was on the small side for a twin and there was a huge tv completely in front of the mirror! The bathroom felt recently decorated and was very clean. We had bad neighbours fighting during the night but the staff managed to sort the problem out after an hour.(3-4am!) "The location was fabulous. Check in could be hugely improved. We were given no information about the bars, restaurants, opening hours of the spa, time of breakfast. We spotted other guest wandering around aimlessly like ourselves. Bar/restaurant work really hard and food was delicious. Drinks priced well for hotel. Bed was uncomfortable as were the pillows. "Really pleased to have stayed here when on an overnight trip to Exeter. Had a lovely dinner in the evening in the restaurant. It was busy with all the Christmas groups but had a really good atmosphere and we were served quickly even though busy. The room we stayed in was very comfortable and clean. Slept really well. It was nice being just outside Exeter and had a wander around small town and along the quayside before leaving. Would definitely stay again, with the friendly team looking after...
