"The V&A Hotel has the best location on the Cape Town waterfront. It is renowned for its service. We stayed in a flloor 1 room. It was spacious and clean, but is looking a little tired compar3d to the loft room we stayed on a prior visit. The air condioning was very noisy, but we got used to it. Unfortunately on one day there was no hot water (the maintenance team were working in the closed down the hall so I assume it was related to that work?). "Easy walking distance to the bustling V&A waterfront. Clean. Friendly staff. Had trouble with room phone throughout the stay though, so sometimes difficult to communicate with the reception or the concierge."
