"It was the best hotel I’ve stayed at and the scenery is amazing "

"Everything was great until the last night, a rude maintenance worker confronted me inappropriately. I had called the front desk (there is no actual front desk on the property) to see if I could order food in, given that I could not leave the room (small child sleeping in room). They said no problem, they would buzz in the delivery person to have them come to my room. That did not go as planned, and eventually a maintenance worker showed up with a sub and angry lecture that I have to go to...

"Is a beautiful unit. Very spacious and quiet. Pickup in front of building for free shuttle to upper village. Really enjoyed our time there."

"The elevator has been out of service for a long time before we arrived. This should have been clearly communicated before arrival so people can plan accordingly. Too bad we learned the hard way. Other than that, it has been great."

"Smack in the middle of Whistler Village and the Gondola up Whistler Mountain. Clean and fully equipped. Would recommend anyone to stay! "

"Stayed here for 2 nights. On our booking through Expedia, there was no mention of building under renovation. We arrived to see all blue tarps covering the building and the front has no concierge or directions. We panicked a little but thank goodness someone picked up the phone when we called and directed us to the village, 5 min drive, to another lodge to register, then to drive back to the apartment. That was a bit inconvenient. Parts of the building inside also under renovation. So door trims...

"Great trip to Whistler. The location is great, not quite ski in ski out but very close to the mountain. Apartment was lovely and had everything you would need. Check in and check out was a pain, the office is located in main Whistler so isn’t a particularly easy process."
