"I was notified about a flood issue in the original flat just 30 minutes before check-in and was offered a replacement, which was described as an upgrade. Unfortunately, the new flat also had a number of issues—including flooding. The windows were built into the roof and couldn’t be opened, so there was no proper ventilation. The WiFi was extremely patchy—almost unusable—which made working remotely nearly impossible. One of the sinks was leaking and so small it was barely usable, even for washing...

"Everything was great The appartement we stayed in does require some renovation as it is showing its age (bathroom sink, bathtub had lots of scratches, kitchen furniture was worn out, living room sofa etc) but apart from that all good"
