"Great hotel for families"

"Good Service Amidst Renovation Challenges We recently stayed at the hotel and had a mixed experience due to some unforeseen circumstances, but we still appreciated the efforts of the hotel staff to make our stay as comfortable as possible. When we arrived, we had booked an oceanfront room with two twin beds through Expedia. Unfortunately, the hotel was undergoing renovations, and none of the oceanfront twin rooms were available. "Although the property and its decor are quite dated it is perfectly presentable. The rooms are a generous size and the balconies are huge. Dining options were a little bit limited but the staff were excellent with particular mention to Jordan"

"Berjaya’s prime location on Beau Vallon's main beach and its spacious facility are definite advantages, complemented by friendly staff. It’s one of the most strategic stays in Mahé island. However, cleanliness, particularly in the bathrooms and the shared "refreshing room," lacks proper sanitation between guests. The kitchen's poor ventilation causes unpleasant odours to permeate the guest rooms corridors. The hotel needs to improve the vents and insulation. "

"The stay was absolutely great from getting there via arranged transport, to the management reception, advice, suggestions & friendliness. The suites was absolutely amazing as advertised with balcony mountain greenery views, stores & restaurants near by to the friendly workers in the shops & stores in the complex. Housekeeping was great. The city buses and beaches were near."
