"Located in a very quiet part of Apeldoorn with lots of nature around. We stayed one night in the family room that had 4 single beds which was a bit odd but did the job. A quiet, relaxing hotel to stay in and we all really enjoyed the breakfast in the lovely dining area. "

"I booked a hotel with a double bed and a swimming pool. Both were available when I booked, but when we arrived pool was not in use and hotel room was two single beds pushed together. When I complained about this i was told that hotel had no double beds even though it was on the hotel website. Room had lots of scimmel, absolutely discusting."

"The pillows were clearly horrible, square like the ones you put on a couch. The bedding was too small for the single beds. Even when you order a double bed room you get two single beds. There are no King size nor even queen size beds, just singles either solo, apart or together. The restaurant was empty at 6PM but when I wanted to dine there with my family we were refused and told to make a reservation with an earliest option of 8 PM! So we were forced to eat elsewhere. The location is amazing, right across from the town on the river. To get to the other side there is a small ferry throughout the day. My room was amazing. "room is convenient and of good size, also appreciated the fridge and great coffee machine. Good to have a pool, but it was a bit cold, and there isn't a changing area or towels nearby (need to go back to reception). there is also no water cooler in the pool nor gym area. Gym was a bit dated, but usable. We didn't have our room cleaned when we stayed a bit longer in the room which was a bit of a frustrating surprise."
