"Have stayed here previously and overall it’s a good hotel. The room was fairly comfortable would say the bed is a bit hard for my liking. But the room and bathroom a good size. The breakfast is excellent. The negatives. The slot in the room that the card went in to give the room power hummed constantly. Did complain to reception but not sure if they did look at it. But at night it was annoying. Then the room we had was positioned above an extractor fan. This was turned on at 6 am every morning...

"We had to book a room at Pineta as we came late into Italy and our rental car office had closed. Came past midnight and left right after breakfast; hard to give a thorough rating, however, all staff was great and the breakfast really nice."

"Could NOT get room cooler. Adjusted AC on thermostat and also turned unit to lowest setting, but we roasted. Couldn’t open Windows because no screens against mosquitoes. "This is a nice boutique hotel in a countryside village in the heart of the Marche region, ideally located if you have a car and plan to move around. "Overall good service, except for unexpectedly closed restaurant inside the hotel (had planned dinner before a theatrical performance, but had to skip it). Two suggestions: 1- move breakfast hours half hour forward: start it half hour later and serve it until 10:00 am instead of 9:30 am 2- when giving out a room at check-in , if you assign to the guest a special needs room for guests with handicaps (but your guest had not asked for one), it would be good to inform that guest about it (at times...
