Djerba 4 Stars Hotels

"Overall fantastic. A bit of difficulties at first but later things got much better and me and my wife enjoyed our stay and we wished it lasted longer. The lady at the room service was absolutely amazing, friendly, helpful, providing us with info about Houmt Esouk. She makes this hotel proud. Mostafa, the room service was friendlier too. The food is absolutely delicious and to our taste. The hotel layout is out of this world and amazing. The swimming pools are very nicely maintained and the beach...

"Nice stay, i highly recommend this hotel. The pool is amazing, they have 3 different ones with sea water, phosphorus and sweet water. The rooms are comfortable, big dressing room and amazing bathroom with a big tub. They gave us welcome cold drink, pineapple juice and we found fruits in the suites as well. Meriem hajri"

"The is our 2nd visit to Djerba and this hotel which a lovely small hotel with great atmosphere provided by the staff who are always friendly and smiling. Most of the staff can speak in multiple languages which makes things convenient. Great location right on the beach and near the best stretches of beach. Breakfast is ok as they don't rotate the buffet selection but there is a omelette station which helps. The hotel was quiet at times we were the only guests at dinner which we didn't mind. "

"Considering that Tunisia has certain rules about Covid most rules were disregarded and only the staff used masks. some meal times could have been better organised but that was a minor issue."

"The staff at the resort is very friendly and helpful their wi-fi is weak and hard to access it in the rooms. After a couple of days their food at the buffet started looking the same.The alcoholic beverages are very mediocre in the all-inclusive program "

"Staff need to be nicer with locals, one of your staff was scolding a old Lybian man for resting his feet on the clutch. The man seemed to have problem walking and he Carrie’s with him a small chair. Also the food gets tiring. I paid for 4 nights and ended up staying 3. There was no Wi-Fi in the room lots of flies in the lobby."
